Parenting Support

Becoming a parent is a major physical, emotional, and identity shift. This is a space for steady, compassionate support through pregnancy, postpartum, and the ongoing work of parenting—a place where you don’t have to hold everything on your own.

Parenting can be deeply meaningful and also really hard.

There are moments of love and connection, and there are moments of exhaustion, frustration, doubt, and feeling like you don’t know what you’re doing. All of that is normal.

We can look together at what’s actually happening in your daily life and find steadier ways to move through it. That might mean making practical plans for the day-to-day realities of parenting or having a place to talk honestly about how this time is affecting you.

There is also space to slow down and support your nervous system so you can move through this time with more steadiness.

This work is shaped by my experience as a doula, childbirth educator, mother of four, spiritual director, and Reiki practitioner, and it brings together practical support and emotional care.

  • You are in the early postpartum period and need steady, non-judgmental support

  • You feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of yourself in parenting

  • You are navigating a miscarriage or pregnancy loss

  • You want a place where you are cared for, too
